i mean, all of me. nothing left, not even dust. I used to think that going into grace meant complete annihilation in order to start “fresh.” Now I am getting better at staying in my body, becoming like a mountain, keeping my lotus flower plasma chakras alive, and mostly practicing being my eternal self.
also, grace has energy. it can fill me.
The crocodiles are my spirit totems reminding me to keep strong boundaries and not deplete myself. The giraffe is about having the highest possible vision.
