Love is always here

It’s always there

the love, in the air

for the taking

sometimes i don’t feel well enough to help myself to it

might not be able to feel it

because other things are in the way

old things, outdated things

fear.

breath

let go

like a piano string reverberating through the air

love moves through me and into me like a bowl filled to overflow.

even when i dont’ really feel it.

It’s still there.

and another thing –

I don’t have to be Mary to be full up on Grace.

Grace is also mine to take and have and hold. perpetually.

Hurry not to the next thing.

Hurry not to contraction of being.
